The Facilities Manager leads the property’s maintenance operations, ensuring all physical aspects of the community are maintained to the highest standard. This role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, and coordinates Turn and capital project execution to enhance resident satisfaction and asset performance.
Managing and completing resident maintenance requests, while also maintaining the general upkeep of the property.
Leads marketing efforts to increase traffic, support leasing goals, and enhance the visibility of the property.
