The Landing is a privately-owned student housing community located near East Carolina University and Pitt Community College.
The rent installment includes internet, basic parking, the first $30 of electricity, and the first $10 of water.
We offer an annual (12 month) term and a limited amount of short-term (December and May-Ending) Agreements.
While you’re welcome to lease an apartment with a group of friends, we also offer roommate matching and individual leasing. This means, you can show up on your own, lease the apartment of your liking, and leave the rest to us.
With Individual Leasing, you are only responsible for your bedroom and your share of common area expenses. This means that your rent doesn’t change whether you live in an apartment with roommates, or whether you are the only person in an apartment and the remaining rooms are vacant.
We accept online payments with debit/credit cards, checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks. We do not accept cash payments.
Yes, you may. However, The Landing does not work directly with the Financial aid office, therefore it would be up to you to wait until you have the funds in hand, and then make a payment for your rent.
Yes. Every resident must satisfy the Financial Guarantor Requirement. If you do not have a guarantor, you may self-qualify or make a prepayment on your account prior to move-in.

Bedding – Queen or extra-long full-size sheets
Bathroom Accessories – Shower curtain, mats, towels, toiletries, etc.
Kitchen Utensils – pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cups, bowls, etc.
The beds at The Landing are extra-long full-size. We recommend purchasing queen size sheets to ensure they will fit your bed.
The Landing offers wireless Internet throughout the complex as well as an Ethernet outlet in each bedroom.
All you need is an Ethernet cable, which can be purchased for an inexpensive price at any electronic store. To connect to the wireless, you will need to set up an account with Single Digits Networks. When you try to open your browser, a Single Digits page should pop up for creating your account!
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Residents can access the fitness center at any time using their key fob!
Yes. General Surface Parking is available at no cost. Residents may purchase a covered parking spot for an additional monthly cost.
The Landing has 24-hour emergency maintenance. We will repair all broken appliances and provide replacements if necessary. To contact us after regular business hours, please call the front office and wait for the prompts to be forwarded to emergency maintenance.
